And the sad thing is that when people mention me in their journals, my heart gives a little flutter and I read that entry over and over, especially when Im sad.
it's very easy to grab onto that stuff because it's quantifiable, I think. It's much harder to have relationships that actually deal with mutual support and respect and it's hard to come off the need for constant validation of your existence by the outside.
Maybe I really should think about making a closed-membership support community.
